This can be enabled per ticket type using the setting "Store the date when an SLA is breached"

Once enabled, if a ticket breaches its SLA it will be stored in the table "FaultsMetrics". There are separate columns for response and resolution breaches.

This can be queried using SQL or returned in an API call using the query parameter "includemetrics".


Please note that backend services must be enabled for these fields to be populated accurately, and the columns will not populate for tickets on hold prior to the setting being enabled unless they get updated manually.
