Added a ticket setting to show the department a team belongs to when assigning/re-assigning

This can be found with the setting for how the team and agent fields are presented when re-assigning in Configuration > Tickets > General Settings:


When viewing team and agent as separate dropdowns, the department will show under each team:


When viewing team and agent in a single dropdown grouped by team, the department will be shown in the group name:


This will also make it possible to search for teams by typing their department name, for example:


Added Agent Team Mappings to Microsoft Entra ID

The 'Agent Role Mappings' section has been split into 'Agent Role/Team Mappings'. This allows you to map groups to specific teams. When imported, if part of that group the agent will become part of that team. If a user is removed from a mapped group they will also be removed from the team when re-imported.

Minor report Chart filtering UX improvements

On report details on the agent app and portal, selecting a point on a chart now filters the dataset as before but instead keeps you on the same screen with the chart still visible to easy select a different point.


There is also a button to remove the filter that was added when the point on the chart was clicked.

This must be enabled in the Document Management module configuration.

Please note once enabled, an Administrator will need to set access on existing folders for Agents to be able to access the folder and it's contents.


This change will allow you to restrict what actions an Agent can take within specific folders using the Document Management module (also applicable to Client/Site/User folders).


There is also an additional option in Document Management module configuration which determines whether Agents can download documents with "Read" permissions, or if they require "Read and Modify" to download.


Access Levels:

  • None - Agent cannot see folder or it's contents
  • Read - Agent can see folder and it's contents, and can download the files depending on "Read" permission setting
  • Read and Modify -  Agent can see folder and download it's contents, and upload new documents within this folder
  • Owner/Administrator - All of Read and Modify with the ability to set Access Control on the Folder

These restrictions are configured per asset type. If configured, when relating assets, you will be shown an option to select the relationship type for each type of asset that is being linked. If there are no restrictions for a particular type, then all relationships will be allowed.

An import section has now been added to Configuration -> Service Level Agreements -> General Settings, where there is a separate button for importing SLAs and priorities.
