You can now choose to load projects more efficiently using a stored project ID instead of the default dynamic hierarchy loading. The stored field in the database is "aprojectid" which is on all "actions" records.


Enable this option in Configuration > Billing > General under the Advanced tab. After enabling, run the "Update billable projects" task once to apply this to existing projects and tasks. 


There's also a new setting to select whether the billable project is the top-most or nearest parent. This is only for new projects / tasks.


In addition, the main/billable project will also be stored on the ticket itself. The database fieldname is "fmainprojectid" and is stored on all "faults" records. This will only be stored for newly created projects/tasks; with either of the project loading methods.
