You can now use AI insights to automatically assign assets to tickets

To configure this navigate to Configuration > AI and select the button to configure AI suggestions. Add a new AI suggestion with the "Set assets based on matched tickets" type.


This will suggest to add assets that are on all matched tickets based on the minimum score set under the "Conditions" section of the AI suggestion configuration.


The matched assets will be displayed under the AI insights tab in the suggestions table.



The assets can be automatically added to the ticket by configuring the AI suggestion to automatically apply.
