When set to show the outbound logs, any notifications in a ticket's notification log which are of type 'email' will open the outgoing email records created from the notification:


Clicking into a specific record will show the email details, as well as the log and attempts if viewing as an administrator:


Administrators will also have the ability to resend or delete outgoing records from these pages.

When setting 'Client-Site-Asset Relationship' to 'The Client an asset belongs to is set directly from the asset record' three additional settings can be set.


'Asset types which allow client/site selection' allows the selection of which asset types you can set the client and site of an asset. The other settings for default site and default client can be set to apply defaults when creating assets that you cannot set the client and site.
