You can now restrict workflow step actions by ticket criteria
You can now restrict workflow step actions by ticket criteria
"Ticket criteria" will now appear as a field option when adding restrictions to workflow actions:
This will then take you to a screen to choose a Ticket-level field (including ticket custom fields) and the criteria to show the action.
This is very similar to setting criteria on ticket rules.
