Added a "Who" override on the self-service portal for agent actions
Added a "Who" override on the self-service portal for agent actions
Located under Configuration> Self-Service Portal you can find the setting
If set, this will now override the agent doing the action to be the generic agent name for the self-service portal.
However, in the agent application, the agent name will remain unchanged as below.
